    赛教融合,以赛促教是提高技工院校教师教学能力为核心,促进教师综合素质、专业化水平和创新能力全面提升.近年来,针对技工院校的美容专业人才培养模式进行了改革,本文以世界技能大赛美容项目为背景,从技工院校美容专业相关课程与人才培养目标进行分析,探讨了"赛教融合、以赛促教"教学模式下进行美容实践教学的改革.
