    随着社会的不断发展,社会对人才的需求也在随着时代的发展不断的变化着,因此,教育事业也在不断的寻求着适应时代变化的改革.语文课程作为初中教育阶段的三大主要课程之一,它的改革备受社会的关注.在改革中利用多元化教学的手段能够更有效地提升教学效率,基于此,本文意在根据我国初中语文教育的现状,对多元化教学模式的作用进行深入探究.
