设备是工人为国家创造物质财富的重要劳动手段,是国家的宝贵财富,是进行现代化建设的物质技术基础.做好设备管理对一个企业来说是简单再生产必不可少的一个条件.设备管理是指企业对设备的装备购置、经营生产、使用维修、更新改造、处理报废等全过程管理工作的总称,它包括设备的物质运动和价值运动全过程的一切管理工作.
