    Abstract：

    在高职的体育教学过程中,部分学生会产生一定的不良心理,这严重影响到了学生综合素质的提升.因此体育教师需要通过体育运动心理学去深入地分析学生产生这些不良心理的原因,针对这些原因对学生开展合理的体育锻炼教学提升高职学生的意志,让这些学生在面对困难时带着强烈的信心去战胜困难.基于此,本文主要对高职体育教学中培养学生体能训练意志进行了研究.
