Abstract：
每个学生的都是有区别的个体,我们需要因材施教,制定不同的学习计划,所以分层合作的教学方式应运而生.本文就尊重个体差异,以实现因材施教、实行分层合作的方法,促进全体学生成绩提升、进行分层次点评进而让学生产生学习主动性三方面谈一谈对分层合作的理解.
