Abstract：
在传统教学思想的影响下,教师往往比较关注学生的考试成绩,他们在教学过程中大多采用"填鸭式"教学方式来开展教学活动,这很容易让学生在被动的学习状态下逐渐丧失自主学习能力.良好的师生互动是提高初中语文课堂教学效果的重要因素,教师应对此深入思考,有效提高教学课程改革的落实.
