中国饮食文化是一门艺术,不仅在于其烹饪手法,还在于其色彩搭配.在中餐烹饪过程中,并不是只是根据相关的菜谱进行翻炒即可,还需要厨师们将对生活的领悟融入菜肴当中,为菜肴赋予中国文化特色,体现其中国艺术.
