    Abstract：

    2015年9月，辽中区第三小学成为沈阳市创建学习型学校实验校。为此我校把创建学习型学校作为贯彻落实科学发展观、增强学校核心竞争能力、实现可持续发展、特色发展的最佳途径。按照“研修引领、理论指导，党政推动、全员参与，健全机制、整合资源，以人为本、和谐发展”的创建思路。运用学习型组织“五项修炼”的基本理论。制定切实而行的创建计划、逐步落实创建方案，健全评价考核评比机制，扎实推进学习型学校创建工作进程。
