Abstract：
现在越来越重视学生的兴趣培养，对于中学生来说，兴趣更是运动的催化剂，因此来探讨一下中学生的体育兴趣。提升学生的体育素养，同时提高教学质量，要从学生本身真正意义上来进行培养。教师也应适当调整上课方式，注重学生的课堂体验感，更好的实施兴趣培养方案，结合当代体育教育进行教授。
