    Abstract：

    坚持以文化人以文育人，是加强高校思想政治工作的重要举措，也是办好中国特色社会主义大学的内在要求。高校文化在高校“三全育人”中发挥着重要作用。本文从“三全育人”综合改革的大背景出发，探讨了新时期“三全育人”体系下的高校文化建设，并从学院实际出发，对高校文化育人建设进行路径探索研究。
