    Abstract：

    基于课程标准的教学设计是落实课程理念的教学方案，是推进课堂教学改革的首要环节，是教师依据课程标准，确定教学目标、开发评价工具、选择教学内容、设计教学活动、对教学设计的效果进行反思等一系列教学的设计与实施的过程。部分聋校数学教师教学设计理念落后、方法缺失、质量不高，正确认识与解决上述问题，需要厘清基于课程标准的教学设计理念的变化、掌握教学设计的策略与方法。
