    Abstract：

    现代教育更加倡导因势利导、因材施教，要求教师在教学开展的过程当中应该关注学生之间的差异性，这样才可以让教育和引导的价值得到不断的展现。因此，在当前，小学教师在数学教学开展的过程当中应该不断地加强分层教育的实施，达到良好的教育开展效果，让教育的质量和效率都得到不断的提高。
