Abstract：
分层教学要求教师根据学生目前的学习潜力、能力水平以及知识积累情况，对水平相近的学生进行有效的区分以及引导。采取公平公正的教育教学原则，将分层教育教学策略落到实处，以此来更好地实现学生的全面发展以及提升。有的学者将分层教学称作为能力分组和分组教学，教师需要根据学生的智力水平来引导学生，确保每一个学生都能够获得更多的收获和成长。
