Abstract：
新课改的全面贯彻以及落实使得一言堂和满堂灌的育人模式备受诟病，其中以人为本的学生观成为了教师的共识。许多教师主动摆脱填鸭式教学模式的束缚，将课堂归还给学生。以教学方式的改进和学生兴趣的激发为出发点，鼓励学生自主探究，真正构建和谐生动的小学数学课堂学习氛围及环境。
