    基于分析就业导向下中职语文综合实践教学改革创新。首先分析其意义，在于强化学生的语文应用能力与职业能力，为学生的顺利就业奠定基础。其次分析出通过明确教学定位，彰显专业化；整合教学内容，激发参与意识两种途径，将学生的专业知识与语文综合实践教学充分的融合，增强学生的职业技能，从而实现学生的语文素养与职业素质的全面提升。
