    Abstract：

    目前，国内外经济发展势头迅猛，各行各业对人才的需求庞大，但事实上，国内高校毕业生正面临严峻的就业形势。企业对人才的需求与高校毕业生的择业需求之间存在较大的矛盾。为了化解这一矛盾，提升高校毕业生的就业率，许多高校从就人才培养模式做出了改革创新。本文以财务管理专业为例，阐述了当前就业中遇上的问题，并从高校培养人才角度提出相应的解决方法。
