教师作为教育过程的主导者，不能只顾自我表现，甚至自我陶醉，而应着力激发学生的参与欲望，尽力增加学生的参与机会，大力培养学生的参与能力，努力提高学生的参与质量，全力担当好学生“演出”的组织者和服务者。
