在素质教学改革不断深入推进的过程中，初中英语教师亟需顺应时代要求，摒弃陈旧的教育理念及教学方法，推动践行生本理念，探索应用多种教学方法，以更出色地完成教学目标，促使初中学生素质的全面提升。
