Abstract：

在新时期下，小学生的思想观念发生天翻地覆的变化，这无疑增加了德育工作难度。为完成德育工作任务，班主任要积极寻求创新之法。幸福教育作为一类行之有效的方法，为小学德育工作改革带来曙光。要想发挥幸福教育的作用，需要班主任掌握正确的方式方法。本文就如何在班主任工作中实施幸福教育进行研究，以供广大同仁参考。
