    Abstract：

    高职院校商务英语专业教师因其教育及行业背景，商务类知识基础和实践技能普遍较弱。为改变这种现象，提高商务英语专业人才培养质量，校本研修是最为直接有效的方式。本文分析了高职院校商务英语专业教师的教育、行业背景以及研修现状，并从校本研修意识树立、平台搭建、评价机制建立以及制度完善等方面，提出高职院校商务英语专业教师校本研修实效性提升的策略。
