Abstract：
为顺应素质教育和新课程改革的不断推进，我国大部分高中学校在完成日常教学任务的前提下，更加重视学生各方面能力的培养，以促进学生的全面发展。高中语文在高中教育系统中占据重要地位，更是学好其他学科的前提的基础。高一学生刚刚步入高中生活，对周边的环境还十分陌生，所以导致自制能力差，学习动力低。面对这样的情况，语文教师要采取相应的措施提高学生学习语文的调控能力，以促进语文教学工作的有效开展。
