Abstract：
在新课程改革和全面实施素质教育的背景下，学校和社会更加重视学生的德育工作。在高中教育中，班主任作为引导者，在德育工作中起到重要作用。班主任不仅要重视学生文化课的学习，更应该引导他们树立正确的人生观、价值观，还要做好学生德育的管理和建设，帮助他们形成健全的人格。新时期必须寻找新的途径，采取科学合理的方法。
