    Abstract：

    为解决高职院校旅游管理专业顶岗实习在实践过程中存在的诸多困难，开展高职院校旅游管理专业顶岗实习创新模式研究。以三亚理工职业学院为例，通过提高顶岗实习协议保障功效、建立实习企业评价体系及数据库、基于实习生心理变化阶段建立教师引导协调机制，探讨三亚理工职业学院旅游管理专业顶岗实习的有效途径，希望能够提升旅游管理专业实习与未来就业质量。
