    Abstract：

    高职学生党员作为党员的一部分发挥着积极作用。但是，顶岗实习期间预备党员的培养考察工作面临着诸多挑战。因此，不断深入开展好高等职业院校学生党建工作，做好顶岗实习期间校企联动培养的思想教育、党员发展和党员教育等工作具有较强的现实意义。文章分析了高职院校学生党建工作中存在的问题，高职院校预备党员顶岗实习的特点，针对这些特点，构建了面向“校企联动”培养的高职学生党建新模式的路径探索。
