    Abstract：

    近年来，房地产行业发展迅速，与之相结合的建筑行业也发展迅猛，建筑项目的造价问题受到社会各界的关注。建造项目的造价过高会导致更多的经济负担，不利于百姓生产生活的需要。如何在保证安全的前提下有效降低建筑工程的造价成为社会各界普遍关注的问题。本文主要通过分析影响建筑工程造价的各项因素，以期关于工程造价问题给出合理的建议与具体举措。
