在小学所有的学科之中，数学有名列前茅的，也就一定有后进生。而数学后进生的转化工作也是最为困难的。这犹如一朵永不散去的阴云，笼罩在小学数学教师的头顶。本文作者简要分析了小学数学后进生的成因，并给出了具体的转化策略，还望能对大家有所帮助，有所启发。
