小学语文教学中如何培养学生的个性化发展

Abstract：
随着时代的不断发展，我国教学改革在不断深入，新课改对于小学语文教学提出了全新的要求，原有的教学理念与教学模式已经无法满足当前的实际教学要求，如果在教学过程中一直延用传统教学方法，将会严重束缚学生的思维发展，不利于学生健康快乐的成长。语文一直都是一门十分重要的学科，通过学习语文知识能够提高学生的理解能力和语言表达能力，为学生高效学习其他学科奠定良好的基础。在开展语文教学工作中，教师应该注重培养学生的个性，将原有一刀切的教学模式进行转变，从而促进学生得到更好的发展。
