    Abstract：

    近年来，新课程改革方兴未艾，美术在初中素质教育中的作用越来受到重视。但是由于教师在实际操作中仍有一些不足，因此很难实现新课改对美术教学的教学目标和要求，也就在一定程度上造成了资源的浪费。所以，本文就根据初中美术教学的具体情况，提出几点高效教学方式和措施。
