    Abstract：

    经过了解可以发现，在中学阶段学生处于发育时期，学生身体素质差异性较大，那么针对不同的身体素质制定相应的训练措施，以什么样的实践方式才能培养学生的足球兴趣，为我国足球事业扩大人员基数，并且能让学生在快乐中强身健体、锻炼竞技体育精神，是一个重要的问题。
