    用爱去关注学生，就会得到学生的热爱；用鼓励去督促学生，就会激发学生的兴趣；用欣赏的眼光去看待学生，就会让他们觉得自己是最棒的，以此去努力，为自己的梦想去奋斗！从实际出发，就三个方面讨论如何应用“皮格马利翁”效应原理来搞好中学英语课堂教学，全面提高质量。
