    Abstract：

    随着新课程改革的实施，小组合作学习逐渐被应用于教学课堂，并逐渐成为主流教学方式。初中化学教师不断改变教学模式，创新教学课堂，也跟随主流方式采用小组合作学习的教学方法，开创高效课堂。在实施新的教学方法的过程中，小组合作学习对学生学习和发展有很大影响。本文对初中化学教学中小组合作学习对学生的影响以及课堂管理出现的问题和应做出的转变进行讨论与反思。
