    Abstract：

    随着新课改的不断深化改革，教学模式发生了新的改变。微课作为一种新式的教学模式被应用到体育舞蹈的教学当中。这种新型的教育模式，是通过视频的方式进行授课，打破了传统教学的一些弊端。让学生能够随时随地的根据自己的时间进行学习，使学生运用新鲜的学习方式，激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生的学习效率。本文就微课在体育舞蹈中的教学应用进行探究。
