    ]素质教育伴随着新课改的实施正在全面推行，高职学校的体育教学中，体育教学体系的重点内容就是培养学生的终身体育意识。但是在这个过程中还是发现了很多的问题，因此，高职教师要改变原有的教学方式和理念，进一步发展高职教学体系。体育教师主要研究怎样培养高职学生的终身体育意识，以及在高职体育教学中面临的问题，分析培养学生终身体育意识的策略。
