    随着我国教育改革的全面发展，高职院校改革逐渐得到了国家的大力支持，音乐专业也得到了较大的发展空间。高职作为职业院校的重要组成部分，主要教学目的为向社会输送高素质、高技能的专业型人才。为此，关注学生综合素质发展尤为必要。本文以音乐教育专业的学生为研究对象，分析如何采取有效策略，提高高职高专学生的综合素质，促进可持续发展.
