    勘察设计行业在内外部环境的冲击下，员工的思想观念、价值取向发生着变化，实施人文关怀已成为企业管理重要抓手。以优化员工关爱体系为题，对存在的问题进行调查梳理，分析研究，提出解决办法，建立健全职工关爱体系，明确企业文化建设发展的具体方向，让广大员工认识、认知、认同，为推动勘察设计企业高质量发展提供必要保障。
