Abstract：

现代的教育更加注重学生的主体性，通过促进学生各方面的发展，从而实现班级团队建设管理。在班级团队建设管理的过程当中，作为班主任应当充分的发挥学生的主观能动性，让学生积极地进行学习体会学习所带来的乐趣，从而实现自主管理。本文就如何引导学生进行班级团队建设管理的有效策略进行探究。
