    Abstract：

    在当前的高职院校学生群体中存在非常多的心理健康问题，而这些心理健康问题不仅仅影响到了学生的学习，同时也影响到了学生的生活，对这些心理健康问题进行分类，可以发现这些心理问题的产生大部分都与学生的自制能力以及学习能力有关，因此高职院校的当务之急是构建完善的心理健康教育体系，解决存在于大学生群体中的心理健康问题。而本文也主要围绕对高职院校心理健康教育的构建进行研究和探讨，也希望能够通过建立相关的心理健康教育组织机构，为学生提供更多心理健康方面的帮助。
