    高校教职工的心理健康直接关系到教职工队伍的稳定和发展，也直接影响着高校人才培养工作的顺利开展。本文通过对广州市S高校教职工心理健康服务工作现状的调查，分析了高校工会开展教职工心理健康服务存在的主要问题，最后对高校工会加强教职工心理健康服务进行探索和研究。
