    Abstract：

    听、说、读、写是学习语言的四大基本组成要素，“听”，是其中最基本、最关键的技能，它不仅仅是收集语言信息的必备方式，更是促进其他语言要素形成的基点。但如今在英语听力教学中还存在诸多问题，如学生自身学科素质较低以及技能水平不足，教师自身方面也存在不足。所以就要从语音教学、文化拓展、环境创造和技能训练四个方面共同发力，从而提高学生听力水平。
