    Abstract：

    时代进步驱动着数据的整合、共享，越来越多的信息资源脱离旧有载体呈流动式在互联网上被获取。作为专业知识的重要输出者，高职院校不能谨守传统，而是要让教材资源在数字化中得到建设，在先进技术中强化管理，这样才能紧随教改的脚步。本文中，作者从高职普遍存在的教材建设、管理实况出发，分析出几点利用数字化条件完善教材建设和管理的可行性措施。
