    国土空间规划在区域经济社会发展与国家建设中起着重要影响，当前，国土空间规划面临关系复杂、内容广泛、类型较多、要求较高等新形势新要求，只有清楚定位规划功能，明确规划指标，加强规划实施监管，提高规划实施协调性，才能够不断强化国土资源开发和利用价值，为实现各地战略发展目标保驾护航。
