    Abstract：

    随着教育资源的整合,农村小学教育所面临的形式也是越来越严峻:留守儿童的越来越多,留守农村的成年人越来越少.而教育资源整合不仅使农村小学班级数减少,班级学生数也在骤减.在这种形势下课堂教学逐渐缺少互动性,学生的学习逐渐趋向被动性.
