    医院具有特殊性,任务与职责较为艰巨,直接关乎大众生命安全、身体健康.基于新时代背景 下,医院之间竞争力越来越大,为使医院稳定发展,还需重视思想政治工作的开展,并对各项工作人员提出更高要求.思政工作是医院内部核心重要部分之一,主要作用就是提升医院每位工作人员综合素质,时刻以"为人民服务"为工作核心,全身心地投入到自身工作岗位中.而为提升医院思政工作质量,还需具有专业化政工师,定期开展思政培训工作,为医院培养大批优秀人才,注重医院内部工作氛围营造,从而促进我国医疗领域可持续发展.
