    本文从现代学徒制教育培养目标出发,根据学前教育专业的学生考核原则,优化以学徒态度、学徒能力和学徒业绩为主的学生考核评价指标,构建以岗位能力为核心的知识和技能考核标准体系和以学校教师、企业师傅和学生为主的评价实施体系.
