    Abstract：

    "班"是学校教育的基层组织,正所谓"国有国法,家有家规",用明确的规章制度来规范学生的行为,让学生明白什么是对,什么是错,这就是班级的"法治".班主任用其博爱和"身正为范"的自我要求来感染孩子,使其"亲其师,信其道"即为"人治".在低年级班级管理中,"人治"与"法治"相辅相成,相得益彰.
