Abstract：
基于分析五育并举,德育为先的小学德育教育.主要通过教师加强榜样力量,规范言行举止;全面关爱学生,建立师生关系;采取激励表扬,避免批评惩罚三种途径,为学生营造出积极向上的育人氛围,通过润物细无声的教育,去净化学生的心灵,升华学生的思想和精神境界,塑造学生高尚的思想情操和道德品质,逐渐引导学生树立正确的道德观和价值观,从而实现学生的德智体美劳的全面发展,为学生的健康成长奠定基础.
