Abstract：
中职学校的教学一直存在着多种多样的问题,近年来,由于国家的经济水平不断上升,人们在追求良好的物质需求的同时也不断追求更好地精神生活.于是,教育改革倍受社会的关注.中职学校中学生缺乏学习的动力,学习能力较差等问题一直困扰着教师,中职语文作为中职教育教学中的基础学科,通过运用行为导向教学这种新型的教学方法能够帮助学生提高他们的综合素质,促进学生未来的稳定发展.
