教师对学生的德育工作,要像春风化雨,润物无声,才能培养出真正德才兼备的"人",才能培育出对社会有用的优质人才.因材施教,各施各法——针对小学生年龄心理特点,纠正品行;积沙成塔,润物无声——在数学课堂中渗透德育教育;顺势而导,胜过说教——利用节假日进行主题教育.
