Abstract：
在职业教育中,护理专业作为重要的组成部分,其教学质量直接关系着护理专业学生参加工作后能力高低,且对医疗行业发展也有着重要的影响.但是就现在护理专业的教育培养模式来说,其中还存在一些不足之处,因此,本文以护理专业为研究对象,从教育培养模式角度出发,分析了其中的不足,并给出了几点改进教育培养模式的建议,以期为职业教育工作发展做出应有的贡献.
