Abstract：
具有美感的事物会给人们带来美好心情,美食也是如此.现代社会人们对于食物的需求除了营养搭配之外,对其造型和美感的追求也日益强烈,这也给中职学校烹饪教学带来发展新空间.本文就学校烹饪教学的主要任务和问题进行分析,并提出提高中职学校烹饪教学艺术性的几条建议,以期有参考价值.
